1. Provider and scope

These terms apply to the use of geowatt by businesses (hotels, agencies). geowatt is not intended for consumers.

2. Services

geowatt measures how AI assistants (currently ChatGPT, Gemini and Claude) mention hotels, shows competitors, creates hotel profiles, llms.txt and Schema.org via auto-sync and suggests actions. Scope depends on the chosen plan.

AI answers change constantly and are generated by third parties. geowatt therefore guarantees no specific mention, ranking or number of bookings. Euro values are estimates based on your assumptions.

3. Free plan and pilot

The free check and the pilot are free of charge and may be changed or ended at any time. Paid plans are offered with a price before contract conclusion.

4. Your obligations

You provide true information, keep credentials secret and upload only content you have rights to. You do not misuse geowatt, e.g. for automated mass queries or checking other hotels without legitimate interest.

You review published information (autopilot, auto-sync) at reasonable intervals. In “Suggest only” mode nothing is published without your approval.

5. Agencies

Agencies may use geowatt for their hotel clients and pass on reports under their own brand. They ensure the hotel client agrees. The hotel can end agency access at any time.

6. Availability

We aim for high availability but do not guarantee a specific rate. We announce maintenance where possible.

7. Liability

We are liable without limitation for intent, gross negligence and personal injury. Otherwise liability is limited to foreseeable, typical damage and to fees paid in the last 12 months. We are not liable for content of third-party AI systems.

8. Data protection

The privacy policy applies. The Data Processing Agreement applies to personal data you process in the tool.

9. Term and termination

Free accounts can be deleted at any time. Paid plans run for the chosen term and renew unless cancelled by the end of the term. The right to terminate for cause remains unaffected.

10. Final provisions

Italian law applies, excluding the CISG. Place of jurisdiction is Bolzano. We announce changes to these terms at least 30 days in advance.
